Unisex.

These run small. So, a medium is basically a small or a bit smaller than a small. We recommend sizing up 1 or 2 sizes depending on if you want something a little looser or fitted. If you do that, you will be fine. : ) SIZE UP 2 SIZES if you aren't sure what to do. If you are small, order a large. If you are a XL, order 3X. If you are a 2X, order a 4X. : )

One of the ladies over here said the medium is perfect (normally wears a small / 5'4)
